Employee Management
Manage Employee Records online so anytime the data can be pulled - most of the information can be keyed in by the employees, and HR can authorize and validate the information using the identity of the employees.
HR Administration
All HR related tasks including authorizing the employee documentation, and other inputs such as designations, pay scales, and other pertinent data of employees including appropriate use and appprovals can be provided and maintained by the HR teams.
Recruitment (ATS)
Right from staff request, skill, projects, vacancies, priority and importance, department where staff is required, and all of those requests are monitored, fulfilled and maintained in the system.
Performance Management
Employee has an option to set goals and objectives under the guidance of HR teams to submit their detailed performance summary for the appropriate leadership including HR to respond and take time based actions.
PTO/Leave Management
The system allows to set various types of leave in the system followed by employees submit their PTO or leaves in advance, so appropriate level of approvals provided to them. Leaves can be planned well in advance for HR and the respective managers to take alterntative actions if in case an employee goes on leave.
Attendance Management
The system can integrate with the bio-metric attendance system within the organizations so the attendance is linked to loss of pay, timesheet, project assignments and other modules.
Time Tracking
Employees are allowed to submit their timesheet on a daily and weekly basis so their pay is based on the attendance and project assignments. All project assignments are linked to this system with setting up of project activities and assigned to employees for them to fill their timesheets on a periodic basis.
Reporting and Analytics
The complete employee and HR data can be viewed in various reports and dashboards to help HR and senior leadership to get a gist of what is going on in a click of a button.
